After your payment is successfully confirmed, your digital product will be delivered in one or both of the following ways:
- Instant Download Link — A download link will be provided on the order confirmation page immediately after checkout
- Email Delivery — A copy of your download link will also be sent to the email address provided at checkout

3. Delivery Timeframe
Most orders are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification or technical issues. If you have not received your product within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately.
4. Didn’t Receive Your Order?
If you have not received your download link, please try the following steps before contacting support:
- Check your spam or junk email folder
- Ensure the email address entered at checkout was correct
- Wait up to 24 hours from the time of purchase
- If the issue persists, contact us at danyatic@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your order number
We will resend your download link promptly.
5. No Physical Address Required
Since all products are digital, we do not collect or require a shipping address. If a shipping address field appears during checkout, it is optional and will not be used for delivery purposes.
6. International Orders
We serve customers worldwide. Because all products are digital, there are no international shipping restrictions, customs fees, or import duties. Anyone with internet access can purchase and download our products regardless of location.
7. Download Limitations
For security and licensing purposes, download links may expire after a set period or number of attempts. If your link has expired, please contact us at danyatic@gmail.com and we will reissue a fresh download link at no charge.
