1. Digital Products — Nature of Sale
All products sold on Danyatic.store are digital downloads including Shopify themes, resume templates, WordPress themes & plugins, and other digital files. Due to the nature of digital goods, products are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. Once a digital file is downloaded or delivered, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, and we cannot verify whether a file has been used after delivery. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
✅ Refund Eligible:
- The product is significantly different from what was described on the product page
- The files are corrupt, broken, or unreadable and we are unable to provide a working replacement
- You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment)
- The product was not delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation
❌ Refund Not Eligible:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake
- The product has already been downloaded and used
- You claim incompatibility without first contacting our support team
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
- The request is made after the product has been shared with or used by a third party
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of purchase
- Provide your order number, the product name, and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

4. Exchanges & Replacements
We offer free product exchanges or replacements in the following cases:
- The downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete
- You received the wrong product
- A newer version of the product is released within 30 days of your purchase
To request an exchange, contact us with your order details and we will respond within 24 hours.
5. EasyPaisa Payments
For orders paid via EasyPaisa, refunds will be processed back to the same EasyPaisa account number used for the original payment. Refund processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on EasyPaisa’s processing schedule. Please note that EasyPaisa transaction fees are non-refundable.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We are committed to resolving all issues quickly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action where applicable.

Danyatic reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
